How can I find out the name of my child's teacher/learning advisor?
Contact us with your child’s ID number and we’ll tell you their names and contact details.

We are a school with dual-enrolled students. How can we find out the names of our students’ teachers? Is there one contact person to whom we can send our queries?
The online enrolment system contains phone numbers and email addresses for teachers. Schools can also send queries to the relationship coordinator for their region. Check our Information for schools page for more details.

We have changed address. What do I need to do?
Contact your students teacher or learning advisor with your ID number and new address. Adult students should contact Enrolment Services direct on 0800 65 99 88, or +64 4 473 6841 if you are calling from overseas.

Where can I find information about learning and behavior problems?
Parents and supervisors of full-time, non-fee-paying students can borrow books on parenting and education from our library.
