Years 1–6
Our Year 1–6 programme is based on the New Zealand Curriculum. Students learn with a dedicated learning advisor who works closely with parents and supervisors to develop a personalised programme for each student, which is based on their interests, abilities and learning needs, with support from whānau and community.
We use a mix of online, print and other resources suited to each student’s needs. My Te Kura is our ‘online learning environment’. Students use My Te Kura to access some of their learning resources and connect with teachers.
My Te Kura lets our students learn digital literacy skills in a safe and supportive environment, communicate and share their discoveries with their learning advisor.
