Te Kura is New Zealand’s distance school, formerly known as The Correspondence School. We offer a wide range of personalised online learning programmes and courses.

We encourage you to view the Ministry of Education’s Learning from home website alongside these resources. This website includes many activities parents can use with their children and young people.

Weave a kono online

Te Kura has partnered with the Hetet School of Māori Art to offer courses in Raranga and Tāniko. To support teachers of students at home the Hetet School of Māori Art is offering free access to their Weave Kono Online course. Booklet Resources

The booklet resources used before we moved to online learning may also be helpful to you as you support your children’s learning at home. These booklet resources are sorted in age, year and subject groups to help you find things you can use and adapt for your children’s learning.
