Introducing our Te Ara Kōhungahunga | Early Childhood programme
Big learning for tamariki.
Our Te Ara Kōhungahunga programme supports tamariki to explore, create and grow through play. Parents and whānau are closely involved in creating an individualised learning programme that aligns with Te Whāriki, the New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum, and Te Ara Pounamu, our local curriculum. Our qualified kaiako help guide each step in a way that fits in with your child and your home.
Whakawhanaungatanga - collaboration and connection
Relationships and regular communication between whānau and kaiako are the foundation of a successful early learning programme.
Through regular engagement – a minimum monthly contact – kaiako and whānau collaborate to develop individualised learning outcomes for tamariki based on their interests, learning needs and development.
Our programme is delivered through our secure online learning platform.
